Services

When a client engages the services of the BPM, a project proposal is drawn up detailing the specific deliverables and committing to a specific cost and timescale for delivery.

Unlike a temporary recruitment agency who will fill a position; we will promise to deliver results.

Many proposals involve elements of more than one of our 4 service zones which cover the full range of activities involved in effective IT implementation projects.

When possible our preferred approach is to provide a set of solutions to our clients based on their requirements and delivered within agreed timescales and costs – rather than simply to provide an individual to work at a site for a given length of time.

Every project will always have a key named consultant who leads the project, gathers requirements, proposes strategy and ultimately carries the can. However there are often tasks, sometimes technical, sometimes administrative and sometimes creative which are best performed by others members of the team.

For this reason we prefer remote access to be available to each of our consultants, and the whole team to be named in any agreements with clients where appropriate, regarding security and confidentiality.

It is also our practice to keep detailed timesheets of all work carried out for every client to ensure full transparency and honest billing.
