A major advantage of the Matrix approach is that we are developing multi-skilled consultants who are well capable of crossing traditional lines of demarcation.

Whilst we have grouped the skills into 5 categories, the full list is available to each member of the team if required for a particular project, and we actively encourage shadowing and task rotation to ensure as great a breadth of skills as possible. 

Depth comes naturally as well through experience and training.
