The Performance Matrix is an independent team of consultants providing specialist support to public sector e-government and performance management projects.  Our consultants specialise in the fields of social care, health and housing.

Based mainly in London and Wales, but with the capacity to deliver our services nationwide. We can draw on a wide range of skills and experience to fill gaps that may arise, particularly in the early stages of the implementation cycle.

Our team currently consists of 4 full time consultants with a combined experience of over 30 years in the Social Care IT field. Over this time we have gathered a collection of ideas, snippets of code and avoidable pitfalls which give us a unique insight into the way things should be done. We have also learnt that between us we each have strengths which mean that together we achieve more for a client than we can alone.
